I’ve used Parcelforce a few times now and, it’s been straightforward every time. I’m not the most organised when it comes to sending parcels, I’ll remember it right after making a coffee or halfway through doing something completely unrelated — but the process has been easy enough.
I like that I can either book a collection from home or just drop the parcel off if I’m already out and about. The drop-off option is especially handy if I’m going past the shop anyway, usually while picking up milk or something I definitely forgot the day before. The labels are simple to sort too, which helps.
The driver turned up when expected, and the shop I used for drop-off was close by, so there wasn’t any faffing around. Nothing dramatic to report, which is exactly what I want when sending a parcel. I’d use them again

I had a question about my delivery and, to be fair, support got back to me quickly. They sorted it out without loads of back and forth, which I appreciated. I was just a bit disappointed I had to chase it up in the first place.

The tracking updates were spot on the whole way... every step matched up, and the parcel arrived right when it said it would.

I still remember feeling excited when the parcel arrived, but that dropped quickly when I saw the box. It was crushed badly, like it had been handled really rough during delivery.

I used Parcelforce because the price was actually cheaper than I thought it would be for my parcel. The tracking was easy enough to follow and it arrived on time, so... yeah, can’t really complain. For the money, it felt like good value.

I had to make a claim after one of my parcels turned up damaged. The form was a little annoying to get through, and there were a few back-and-forth emails, which was... not ideal. But to be fair, they did approve the compensation in the end. Bit of a faff, but it worked out, so yeah, fair enough

Had a really good experience with parcelforce today, honestly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and it was just a nice, hassle-free delivery.
The driver gave me a quick call before arriving to let me know roughly when he’d be there, which was a massive help because I was dipping in and out of meetings. He was polite too, and actually made sure the parcel was handed over properly instead of just leaving it somewhere.

It’s nice when a delivery actually comes with proper communication. Parcel arrived on time, in good condition, and I’d definitely be happy to use them again based on this experience.
